Can I Copyright an Idea?

If your in a hurry, the answer is no.

No, you cannot copyright an idea. Your head may be full of the next great things. But their value lies in making them real and the ability to copyright them only lies in making them a tangible expression.

A tangible form means it has to be a reproducible form such as on paper, fabric, plastic, magnetic tape or something similar. It can be in the form of a CD or DVD, film or any other media that is reproducible.

What if It Happened to You?

Why should you be a good net neighbor?

What if someone stole your work. We live in a world where some feel that what ever you do they should be able to have and for free. If you choose to give it away, great. If it is how you put a food on your table, then be a good neighbor. Do not take from others with out permission.

Everything created belongs to someone. Be a good citizen and don't steal.
