When you sign up for your MLM program you most likely signed an agreement that said that you would not talk to them about any other MLM programs. You also probably agreed not to sell or profit from those customer you signed up in any way. So if you bring a person into your MLM program, you just gave all your customers away. The Power of Online MLM Business Now, suppose someone has a business relationship with you prior to signing up for the MLM opportunity. Now it becomes a much more complicated situation legally. Anyone who tries to prohibit you from caring for any customers who are already yours would have a difficult time taking you to court with current restraint of trade laws in place.
